Chang displayed range estimation for certain car
How can we change in the app the range for a certain car? We have found that the range for the Nissan e-NV200 Evalia is not accurate. In case here Partago Seven.
Manually (!) calculating the most energy intensive trips, i get
30 kWh / 100 km. This means the lower range is 135 km. This should
be displayed.
How can we change this (for now for every model)
(ideally: there is a function that updates the range frequently based on the average consumption of say the 10% most energy consuming trips. This approach will take automatically into account the battery health for a certain vehicle)
Currently this range value for a fully charged battery is configured on
the level of the vehicle model. The displayed lower limit is 80% of the
configured value. The displayed upper limit is 125% of the configured
value. If the battery is not fully charged the displayed range scales
according to the current SOC.
To change the range value for
a fully charged battery you have to modify the "range" value on the car
model. In the old control center you'll have to go to the physical car.
Select in the dropdown the car model. A dialog is shown with the details
of the car model. You can change the range value now. Do note that the
changes will apply to all cars that have this car model selected. (In the new control center managing car
models will most likely get it's own place.)
